What to expect from us:
Our primary concern is the well-being of your pet. We don't want them to be uncomfortable in any way! We like to "meet & greet" prior to groom to ensure all expectations will be met from both parties.
All shampoos are natural and will be chosen for your pet's skin condition and coat. We have puppy, medicated, tearless, soothing, white, black and bronze shampoos and much more for your pets needs! Conditioner is also available upon request at no charge.
Soothing music played for your pet's comfort.
We reserve the right to refuse service to excessively matted, overly aggressive, or flea/tick infested pets.
What we expect from you:
Pets MUST be current on all vaccines. Proof required.
You will be given a consent form at the time of groom. It must be signed and will be kept in your pet's file. This contains vital information for all parties involved (i.e. vet. info, emergency #'s, health problems, etc.).
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation as failure to cancel will result in a fee and termination of our services. Our time & fuel is important to us, and each slot is scheduled & managed carefully. Therefore, if enough notice is given, we can fill your allotted time slot. Emergencies do happen with both parties, and we will do our best to get your pet in as soon as possible if one arises on our part.
If inclement weather occurs (i.e. snow or ice) and I feel it is not safe to drive, you will be contacted and your appointment will be rescheduled.
Each Bath/Groom MUST be discussed clearly prior to each visit. Prices are based on pet's size, coat condition, type & required groom, and temperament. Please remember to discuss all injuries, diseases & health issues before each groom.
Payment is due at time of service; Debit/Credit Cards, Cash and checks are accepted. Return checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
Clients who cancel two or more appointments will be subject to having services prepaid before appointment will be scheduled.
Clients who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a $35 service fee. Time is very valuable and sufficient notice MUST be given.
Due to the increased number of cancellations without proper notice and dog/owner not being at home for appointment, the $35 service fee will be strictly enforced.
